You may mail your purchase back to our warehouse at no additional cost within 30 days of receipt.
Claims for Orders Not Received (30 days)
If your order status shows ‘delivered’ but you did not receive it, please note that the window to submit a claim is 30 days from the date it was marked as delivered by the courier.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment and will appear on your billing statement according to your payment provider’s timelines.
- If you made your purchase using a gift card, a new gift card will be issued and sent to the email address associated with your order. You will receive an email notification when we authorize the refund.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to process to your original payment method.
Important Details
- We cannot accept returns for custom or engraved products.
- In-store purchases must be returned to a physical store location and cannot be returned by mail.
- You will be refunded the full purchase price, excluding any non-refundable fees or taxes.
- If a parcel is reported as not delivered or is found to be empty upon delivery, Opticia will reship the same item at no additional cost. In these circumstances, refunds are not available.
