You may mail your purchase back to our warehouse at no additional cost within 30 days of receipt.

Claims for Orders Not Received (30 days)
If your order status shows ‘delivered’ but you did not receive it, please note that the window to submit a claim is 30 days from the date it was marked as delivered by the courier.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment and will appear on your billing statement according to your payment provider’s timelines.
• If you made your purchase using a gift card, a new gift card will be issued and sent to the email address associated with your order. You will receive an email notification when we authorize the refund.
